01 Agreement to the Terms

These Terms and Conditions (referred to as "Terms") cover everyone who makes use of the JL58 platform, whether through the website at jl58.beer or the JL58 mobile app. Any form of access or usage — from simply browsing the site to signing up, funding your account, or placing a wager — counts as your confirmation that you have reviewed the entire Terms and accept them fully.

These Terms work together with all extra rules, policies, and guidelines posted on JL58, such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and each promotion's specific conditions. If there is ever a clash between these Terms and a particular policy, that specific policy wins for the particular matter it handles.

JL58 may revise these Terms whenever necessary. Any new version will be posted here with an updated date. By continuing to use JL58 after a revision, you automatically accept the latest Terms.

02 Eligibility Requirements

Before you can register and start using JL58, you need to satisfy all of the following conditions:

03 Creating an Account

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

At JL58, you can top up your account using Gcash, PayMaya, USDT, GrabPay, 7-Eleven, or your preferred online bank. All deposits go through in Philippine Pesos (₱), with a minimum of ₱100 for a single transaction. Keep in mind that the exact limits shown at checkout may still change depending on the payment method you choose.

In most cases, your deposit shows up in your JL58 balance within five minutes. If the funds don't appear after fifteen minutes, please reach out to our support team and keep your transaction reference number ready so we can sort it out quickly.

Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment account registered under your own name. JL58 will never release funds to a third-party account under any circumstances. For your first cash-out, we may ask for identity verification — this is a standard safety step that applies to every player, no matter the amount being withdrawn.

• During normal operating hours, withdrawal requests are typically completed within ten minutes through most payout channels.
• JL58 also reserves the right to hold a withdrawal for up to 72 hours whenever extra security checks or verification steps are required.
• JL58 does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. Just note that your payment provider may apply its own service charges on top.
• If you're withdrawing funds that were deposited but never wagered, the request may go through an administrative review before it is released.

05 Promos and Bonuses

JL58 rolls out bonuses and promotions for both new and existing players from time to time. Every offer comes with its own terms, which are shared when the bonus is given — including wagering requirements, eligible games, validity period, and any maximum cash-out limit tied to bonus winnings. Always review the latest promo terms before joining, and remember to play responsibly. 21+ only.

Before you can withdraw any winnings, most bonuses at JL58 come with a turnover condition that tells you exactly how many times you need to play through the bonus amount—or in some promos, the bonus plus your deposit. For example, a 20x turnover means you have to place total bets equal to 20 times the bonus amount before a withdrawal can be processed.

JL58 may cancel any bonus offer at any time, adjust the terms of an ongoing promotion, or disqualify a player from a promo if there is clear evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse covers, but is not limited to, the following:

• Creating or using several accounts just to claim the same promotion repeatedly.

• Providing incorrect or false information in order to become eligible for a bonus.
• Working together with other players to exploit a promotion for unfair advantage.

If JL58 confirms that a bonus has been abused, the bonus itself and any winnings it generated will be voided. In more serious cases, the account involved may be suspended.

06 Game Rules and Fair Gaming

08 Content Ownership and Trademarks

All content found on the JL58 platform — including but not limited to the JL58 logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of JL58 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any JL58 content without prior written permission from us. Any violation of these platform terms may result in appropriate legal action being taken to protect our rights.

All the games featured on JL58—like the slot titles, live casino tables, lottery draws, and fishing games—are owned by the studios and developers who built them. JL58 simply acts as the venue where you can enjoy these games. Copying, recording, or sharing any part of the game content without written approval is strictly not allowed and may lead to legal action.

09 Liability Limits

The JL58 platform is provided to you on an 'as is' basis. In all cases, JL58's total liability to any player is capped at the total amount that player deposited within the 30 days before the incident that gave rise to the claim. This is the maximum amount we can be held accountable for.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

JL58 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, whether we give advance notice or not, if we reasonably believe that any of the following situations apply to the account holder.

• If the account holder has broken these Terms or any other JL58 policy, we have the right to take action, which may include suspending or closing the account.
• If an account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity, JL58 will not hesitate to suspend or permanently close it. We take the integrity of our platform very seriously.
• If the account holder submitted false or misleading information during registration or the verification process, JL58 is justified in closing the account. Always provide accurate and truthful details when signing up.
• If the account holder is under 21 years of age, the account is not valid and will be closed. JL58 is committed to responsible gaming and only allows adults aged 21 and above to use our services.
• If allowing the account to remain active poses a risk to JL58, its other players, or the platform itself, we may suspend it at our discretion to protect everyone involved.

When an account gets suspended, JL58 will notify you through email and explain how you can appeal the decision, if an appeal applies. Funds held in the suspended account will be reviewed during the investigation. If we find that the suspension was a mistake, we will restore your account and give back your full balance.

If you ever want to close your JL58 account on your own, you can do so anytime by contacting support. After the standard security checks are completed, any remaining balance will be sent back to the payment option linked to your account.

11 Data Privacy and Protection
